When you apply for a role, we may collect:
Your name, contact details, and location
Your CV/resume, cover letter, and work history/education
Information you provide during interviews or in application forms
References you provide, and information received from those references
Results of any skills or technical assessments used for certain roles
Responses and recording of the one-way video interview, including audio and visuals
Background check results, obtained via our background check provider (Certn), where applicable to the role and at the appropriate stage of the process
How We Use Your Information
We use candidate information to evaluate your application, conduct interviews and assessments, verify references and, where applicable, conduct background checks, communicate with you about your application, and comply with our legal and employment-related obligations if you are hired.
How We Share Your Information
We share candidate information with:
Hiring managers and interviewers involved in evaluating your application
Our background check provider (Certn), where a background check applies to the role
Information given within the process is meant for assessment and evaluation reasons and not for selling to any third-party.
Retention
We retain candidate information for until the role has been filled, after which it is deleted, unless the applicant consents to us retaining it for consideration for future roles, or we are required to retain it longer to meet a legal obligation.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, object to or restrict our processing of it, and withdraw any consent previously given at any time of the procedure. To exercise these rights, contact us via trust@learnwise.ai.
Security
We take all reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect candidate information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
