LearnWise.ai is a fast-growing scale-up modernizing higher education through AI-powered teaching, learning, and support solutions. We’re looking for a Visual Designer to join our team full-time.
This role is at the heart of how LearnWise shows up to the world. You’ll be responsible for translating our brand into clear, compelling visuals and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints — from sales decks and one-pagers to website pages, social media visuals, and product marketing assets.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to design assets that support demand generation, pipeline growth, and brand credibility. What you’ll do
Brand Design & Consistency (35%)
- Own and maintain LearnWise’s visual identity across all marketing, sales, and web touchpoints.
- Ensure brand consistency in layout, typography, color, iconography, and tone across all assets.
- Evolve and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and design systems to enable speed and consistency.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership to translate positioning and messaging into strong visual storytelling.
Marketing & Sales Asset Design (45%)
- Design high-impact marketing and sales assets such as: one-pagers, factsheets, brochures, case studies, pitch decks, presentations, and reports.
- Design print and event materials including booth designs, roll-up banners, flyers, and branded merchandise, iterating across audience-specific variations.
- Create visual content for campaigns including social media posts, infographics, ad banners, product animations and email visuals.
- Design and animate lightweight motion and Lottie animations for product and website use.
- Partner closely with Sales to design assets that support pipeline acceleration and conversion.
- Adapt and localize assets for different markets when needed.
