LearnWise.ai is a scale-up modernizing educational institutions with virtual assistants, instructor efficiency, and student engagement solutions for higher education institutions. We are looking for an inspired and enthusiastic BDR to join our team in a full time capacity.
You will have the chance to join a Venture Capital funded company with a track record of exponential growth. You will work closely with our leadership as a member of our LearnWise pack. What you’ll do:
Own top-of-funnel execution
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers across higher education institutions in North America.
- Manage inbound leads with speed and structure, qualifying prospects and converting them into opportunities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Research and map target institutions, decision-makers, and buying committees.
Run discovery & support the sales cycle
- Conduct discovery calls and LearnWise demonstrations.
- Explain the core of LearnWise to new prospects with clarity and confidence.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers and strong pipeline coverage.
Support go-to-market systems
- Customize and manage demo environments for prospects to showcase real-world LearnWise use cases.
- Support marketing by creating targeted outreach content, campaigns, and outbound templates.
- Draft outbound email templates, document user stories with partner universities.
- Leverage AI tools to improve research, personalization, and efficiency.
Contribute to strategy
- Work directly with the Account Executive (AE) and CRO to develop the GTM engine.
- Contribute to sales playbooks, outreach frameworks, and segmentation strategies.
- Work with LearnWise Reseller Partners on market strategy when relevant.
Non-negotiable requirements:
- You are smart, coachable, and motivated to build a career in sales.
- Professional fluency in English (written & spoken).
- 2+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in a sales-based role/company).
- Based in the Netherlands and willing to commute to Amsterdam 3 days a week.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency (research, analysis, writing, etc.).
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and proactive — you follow up fast and enjoy getting things done.
Nice to have
- Experience in EdTech or a high-growth startup environment.
- Experience collaborating closely with marketing on outbound campaigns.
