Job Description

LearnWise.ai is a startup offering virtual assistants and student engagement solutions for higher education institutions. We are looking for an inspired and enthusiastic BDR to join our team in a full time capacity.

You will have the chance to join a Venture Capital funded company with a track record of exponential growth. You will work closely with our leadership as a member of our LearnWise pack. We require creativity, innovation, and leadership from all team members including interns. You will drive these values on your team. You will have the freedom (and expectation from our leadership) to develop and implement your own ideas.

What you’ll do:

Business Development (60%)

You will own the top of the funnel - identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers across higher education institutions in North America.

• Manage inbound leads with speed and structure — qualifying prospects and converting them to opportunities
• Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to build new relationships.
• Research and map target institutions, decision-makers, and buying committees.
• Conduct discovery calls and LearnWise AI demonstrations
• Explain the core of LearnWise to new prospects
• Assist prospects to implement and test LearnWise in Proof of Concepts (POC’s)
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and strong pipeline coverage.

Sales Support (25%)

• Customize and manage demo environments for your prospects to showcase real-world LearnWise use cases
• Leverage AI to improve efficiency
