LearnWise.ai is a scale-up modernizing educational institutions with virtual assistants, instructor efficiency, and student engagement solutions for higher education institutions.
We are looking for an APAC commercial leader (Account Executive / Account Manager) to help us onboard and grow customers across the region. This person will implement region strategy, sales demos and outbound outreach, but can also jump into early customer onboarding and basic support work to ensure new customers get to value quickly.
What you’ll do
New business and pipeline generation (45%)
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for Higher Ed and edtech partners across APAC
- Strategize and implement targeted inbound and outbound motions for the region
- Grow APAC team in accordance with revenue growth and region requirements
- Find new prospects via cold outreach, conferences, ecosystem partners, and community
- Qualify and prioritize opportunities based on fit, value, and time-to-close
- Lead tailored LearnWise.ai product demonstrations for executive, academic, and commercial stakeholders
- Negotiate and close multi-stakeholder, multi-year deals
Customer onboarding and early support (25%)
- Own or co-own early customer onboarding: kickoff, success plans, and first-value milestones
- Provide basic front-line support (triage, troubleshooting, coordinating with Product/Engineering) to keep customers unblocked
- Capture common issues/requests and turn them into lightweight documentation, playbooks, and feedback for the team
Deal orchestration and deal strategy/solutions (20%)
- Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation to design high-quality pilots and Proofs of Concept (POCs)
